I went to my first dance class when I was 4 years old and had a love of dancing and performing since then. I decided I wanted to be a dance teacher and provide the type of dance classes I would’ve loved as a child. I have a background in competitive dance and gymnastics and have entered and won many competitions.

I was previously a British Gymnastics Young leader and gained my British Gymnastics Women’s Artistic level 1 coaching qualification at age 16, which gives me a greater knowledge, understanding and confidence in teaching Acrobatic Arts it also comes in handy when students ask me to demonstrate Acro skills. 

I believe that strength and flexibility training is a crucial aspect of dance, which has led me to become an Alixa Flexibility module 1 and 2 qualified teacher. Additionally, in 2022 I gained module 1 and module 2 qualifications to become a certified acrobatic arts teacher. Recently in September 2024 I completed the Pre-school Acro-dance qualification, enabling me to teach Acro-dance to 2-4 year olds.

In early 2024 I had the privilege of studying at the 2015 dance studio of the year in Kent, where I received training from industry professionals, choreographers and examiners for the ISTD syllabus while completing a practical module for my ISTD DDE dance teacher training course. I had the latest up to date training and dance education whilst developing my knowledge of inclusion, child development, health and safety and enhancing my personal teaching style. 

I am committed to providing the best possible experience for my students and will continue to update my knowledge and qualifications whenever possible. I will maintain an exceptional quality of teaching and always prioritise the health, safety and wellbeing of my students over profits. Lessons will focus on technique, strength and flexibility, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Students of all abilities will be given equal opportunities to take part in classes, performances and competitions. 

All our teachers are DBS checked, Safeguarding and First Aid trained.
